Maintenance starts at $0.35 per square foot. Your price depends on how much turf you have, its condition, whether it needs a Basic Refresh or a Deep Cleaning, and how often we come. We look at the turf and quote it from there. The quote is free.
A Basic Refresh is the regular visit: debris cleared, blades brushed upright, weeds pulled at the edges, and seams and edges checked. A Deep Cleaning does all of that, then loosens compacted infill, removes pet waste, rinses and treats odor, and tops up the infill where it's low.
It depends on how the turf is used. Dog areas and busy play spaces usually need a visit every month. A lawn or putting green with light use may only need a few visits a year. We'll recommend a schedule when we see the turf, and plans run from monthly to yearly.
Yes. A Deep Cleaning removes the waste, rinses the turf and works an odor treatment made for pet turf into the blades and infill. For dog runs that get used every day, a monthly plan keeps the smell from building back up.
Yes. We clean and maintain artificial turf whoever installed it. When we walk it the first time, we'll tell you what condition it's in and what it needs.
Yes. We maintain turf at playgrounds, common areas and dog parks for schools, family fun centers, retail, medical centers, retirement homes, apartments and cities. Visits are scheduled around when the space is in use.
No. As long as we can get to the turf, with the gate unlocked and the dogs inside, we can do the work and let you know when it's done.
Pick up pet waste and rinse dog areas, blow or rake off leaves, and give high-traffic spots a quick brush with a stiff broom. Skip pressure washers and sharp tools, which can damage the turf.
